Vicki Javens is the founder and owner of Premier Therapy.  She is a take charge executive with a background of high performance at one of our nation's largest providers of rehabilitative services in the areas of growth of business, developing and achieving long-term objectives along with strong "results-oriented" management teams and employees.

Her vision of providing the Long-Term Care population with a more comprehensive approach to treatment through our commitment to making a difference is the driving force behind Premier Therapy.  Atlas Rehab & Wellness is the outpatient division of Premier.
